Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms

This widely available mushroom varies in color from white to light brown and in size from small to jumbo stuffer. It is plump and dome shaped and is also referred to as the "button mushroom".
Its pleasing flavor intensifies when cooked. Mature Agaricus, with open veils have an intensely rich taste.Our white mushrooms are all natural and organic which means no artificial elements are added. They are very versatile and equally tasty, fresh or cooked.

Use raw in salads, with dips, sautéed with side dishes, breaded, or as an ingredient to enrich sauces, soups, stuffings or entrees. Freshness is the key to our success in growing special mushrooms and all Mother Earth organic white mushrooms are vacuum cooled to insure longer shelf life.

Our fresh organic white mushrooms are available in individually wrapped caps and in bulk boxes of both 5 lb. and 10 lb. sizes. Please refer to product specifications for more size information.
