A naturally dark cap that ranges in color from light tan to rich brown, and a meaty, earthy flavor distinguish the Baby Bella from the Agaricus (white buttons). The hearty Baby Bella can be substituted in any recipe specifying white buttons when more full-bodied taste is preferred.They are ideal in sauces, soups, appetizers, pasta dishes and more. They can be cooked on the grill or pan fried for a side dish. Freshness is the key to our success in growing special mushrooms and all Mother Earth Organic Baby Bella are vacuum cooled to insure longer shelf life.
